 It can test by theory of heat exchange and temperature scence to confirm the confirmation and the distribution in FAG import bearing workpiece --- reamer of cutting temperature,and regularly it can confirm by experimentation. There are many mensurations of cutting temperature, for example, Natural Thermocouple Method, Manpower Thermocouple Method,Thermal Paint Theord, Thermal Radialization Methord and Far IR Mehord. The work principle of Natural Thermocouple Method is: making use of the different chemistry component between the material of FAG import workpiece and reamer to form the polarization of thermocouple. The hot side is formed by cutting heat making temperature going up between FAG import workpiece an d reamer, moreover the cold side is formed by the end of reamer and workpiece keeping room temperature. Between the reamer and workpiece’s loop,it brings electromotive force. Registered the electromotive force by millivoltmeter. According to the premarked curve of reamer-workpiece, it can get the average of cutting temperature of interface between reamer and FAG import workpiece.
