Today we introduce how FAG bearings solve the problem of angular contact bearings’ airproof.  As we know, FAG angular contact bearings are mainly used on machine tool spindle which makes it unable to seal, then become to an annular grooves. All those make FAG angular contact Bearing cannot add bearing grease like other bearing do. This problem finally sovled by FAG Barden. This advanced way used a sealed ring with groove to embed into bearings, the groove depth is a little shallower than the standard one, and just fit to the intersection and just can fill the gap left by the outer ring flange. To join the ring can stop the leakage of grease from the bearings on both sides, but also can block dirt intrusion from the bearings sides.
