INA Bearing Classification Standard
We all know that the bearings in ordinary machinery using are various, the larger can reach dozens kilograms, while the smaller only have the size of accessories and parts size. But they have all different purposes, and play indispensable roles in mechanical operation. So here we take INA Bearing as example to talk about the classification problem. According to the rolling body types, INA bearing can be divided into: 1) ball bearings - rolling body is ball 2) roller bearings - rolling body is roller. According to different roller typea, roller bearings can be divided into: Cylindrical roller bearings - the bearings whose rolling body is a cylindrical roller. The ratio of cylindrical roller length and diameter is less than or equal to 3; Needle roller bearings - the bearings whose rolling body is needle roller, The ratio of needle length and it's diameter if larger than 3, but the diameter is less than or equal to 5mm; Tapered roller bearings - rolling body is tapered roller; Spherical roller bearing - rolling body is spherical roller. 2 According to rolling bearings' size to classify The INA bearings, according to the different diameter size can be divided into: ( 1) miniature bearings -- Nominal outside diameter size range below 26mm; ( 2) small bearings -- Nominal outside diameter size range is 28-55mm; ( 3 ) small and medium-sized bearings -- Nominal outside diameter size range is 60-115mm; ( 4) Large and medium bearing -- Nominal outside diameter size range is 120-190mm; ( 5) The large bearing -- Nominal outside diameter size range is 200-430mm; ( 6) Extra large bearings -- Nominal outside diameter size range is more than 440mm; |
