INA Rated Life’s Penetrated Calculating’s New Method

Demanding rated life’s penetrated calculating’s new method. The piece of this method is same as ISO281, which is Lundberg and Palmgren’s Fatigue Theory. This theory generally give a final rated life data. But, in a good condition, morden high quality’s bearing’s life data can be longer than what is calculated by ISO281.

 

In order to provide a more exact rated life’s calculating method, that should consider the other facts, i.e.the influence of pollution, lubrication and material evolution.

 

Inannides and Harries have given a more deep arrangement model of rolling contact fatigue, which is extending the theory of Lundberg/Palmgren. Although this method has not used, but it is the new level of theory at present.
