4.       It is rare to happen the ferrule of import bearings rupture and lapse. It is usually make it by sudden overload. The reasons are complex, for example, the disfigurement of bearing’s material(air bubble, shrinkage cavity), the disfigurement of smithing(obverburn), the disfigurement of heat treatment(over heat), the disfigurement of mainframe(harmful installation, less lubrication, sudden overload) and so on. Once it bears the over load and violent movement, the ferrule may be rupture.

 

5.       When the bearing’s surface aslant flake ceinture, it means bearing works in the condition of slant. When the angle of inclination reach or beyond the critical state, it’s easy to form the unusually sudden abrasion and slant. The main reasons are wrong installation, axis crooked, low accuracy of axis neck and outer coveing bore. The countermeasure is in order to make sure the quality of bearing’s installation, increase the accuracy of axis shoulder and bore should’s axial movement.
