The Detection of INA Bearings

INA bearing belongs to precision part of the imported bearings.The decision support of bearings for mechanical services, preventive maintenance measures, condition monitoring and maitenance systematically optimizes plant asset efficiency and maintenance work. Thus INA bearing plays a crucial role in some sectors.

But if INA bearings appear the fllowing defects, they can not be used anymore. Should be replaced by new bearing immediately. Specifically as follows:

(a) Any one of bearings' inner circles, outer rings, rolling element, retainers has cracks or a gap

(b) Any one of bearing rings, rolling elements has fracture.

(c) The race way, falnge, rolling element of bearings have prominent stuck damage.

(d) The retainers of bearings have obvious abrasive wear, or the rivets have relaxation.

(e) There is rust or damage on race way and rolling elements

(f) The race way or rolling elements have extreme dents and dink.

(g) The surface of inner circles or outer rings have obvious creepage.

(h) Because of the heat results in discolor.

So when INA ball bearings appear the above situations, please do not continue to use the bearing anymore and change  for new bearings immediately, to avoid the unnecessary accidents.
