Thrust Bearings

Thrust bearings compose of thrust cage which include needle or cylindrical roller or tapered roller and thrust washer. Needle and cylindrical roller are keeped and leaded by thrust cage when it uses together with different series of thrust washer, they can provide many kinds of combination for bearings.

 

Because of choosing high precision of cylindrical roller (needle) increase the touching length, that make the bearing can obtain high load capability and degree of steel. The other advantage is that if the surface of neighbour parts suit for roller path, the washer can be removed. Needle Thrust Bearing and Cylindrical Thrust Bearing adopt the cylindrical surface of needle and cylindrical roller as the surface, which can reduce stress of cage and increase life span.
